McKeen & Associates, P.C.

With the Michigan law firm of McKeen & Associates, P.C., you will work with lawyers who are leaders in the field. We have attorneys who have been named in Michigan’s Super Lawyers. Detroit News has called our lead attorney Brian McKeen “Michigan’s Most Winning Medical Malpractice Lawyer.” We have what it takes to get you the compensation you need.

We know what it takes to win for our clients. Every one of our medical malpractice clients receives service marked by:

Compassion: Compassion is the most important factor in our practice. Rather than jumping into a case, we will take the time at the front end to really listen to you, get to know you and learn about your goals for litigation. When you sit down with us during your free initial consultation, you will know that you are more to us than just a case number. We truly care about our clients.

Intelligence: We know that there is almost always a better solution than fighting. We do everything we can to get a good settlement for our clients through negotiation outside of court.
Strength: We are not limited to negotiation outside of court, however. When a defendant is not willing to make an adequate settlement offer, we have the resources and experience to take a case as far as necessary to get the compensation that our clients deserve. We never tell our clients to accept an early settlement offer unless we truly believe that it is in their best interests.
Success: We win for our clients. Since opening our doors as a Michigan medical malpractice law firm in 1983, our attorneys have won numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for our clients throughout the country.

We represent clients in Michigan and the entire United States in cases involving medical malpractice, with a special focus on birth injuries and cerebral palsy. We represent clients who have been hurt in medical malpractice injuries and we take on wrongful death cases on behalf of the grieving relatives of those who have died as a result of a medical professional’s negligence.
