David focuses his practice on automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, slips or trip and fall injuries, and construction accidents, plaintiff’s legal malpractice and claims against insurance companies.

Over the course of his legal career, David has helped thousands of injured New Mexicans and, their families to recover millions of dollars in settlements. He has earned a reputation for his loyalty and service to his clients. He has been rated AV by the other lawyers in the community for exercising the highest professoinal and ethical standards among attorneys. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for his work in personal injury law and Plaintiff’s legal malpractice law. His 35 years of experience as an attorney have led him to understand that he can make a difference in the lives of injured individuals and their families by listening carefully to their problems and by thoroughly and aggressively investigating their cases.

David graduated from the Albuquerque Academy in 1974 and went on to study architecture and business at University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. When he graduated in 1978, with his degree in Business Administration, David worked in Albuquerque for Springer Corporation and Springer Business Materials Corporation in accounting, finance, marketing, personnel and insurance. David attended the University of New Mexico Law School where he graduated in 1982. He was president of his law school class and received the Dean’s Award.

David also believes deeply in the value of education for the young people of the State of New Mexico. He assists at Duranes Elementary and has served on the Board of Trustees at Albuquerque Academy, Manzano Day School and Sandia Prep School. He has been a member of the board at University of New Mexico Law School for 32 years.
